Suggest Treatments For Inflammation In Face After A Silicon Surgery

hi my friend is around 52 years old.when she was 17yrs she used some biopolymer to level the chics.after the capsules were installed she had inflammation after one week in her silicone teeth (protesis) then the molars were affected she had to extract them.now the inflamation is in the face and eyes.she has been on cortizon for over 4 years is there anything that can be done she has been seeing many docs until she has lost hope pls advise

if prosthesis is rejected there otherwise way but to remove it. systemic antibiotic better inject able to be given for ten days.analgesic inflammatory like combiflam can be taken.
