Hi,

It can be due to
1. Varicocele - swelling of veins in testicle/scrotum
2.  Infection - Sexually Transmitted Diseases or Non Sexually Transmitted Diseases causing epididymitis, orchitis
3.  Ejaculation problems – Drugs, Retrograde ejaculation, lack of ejaculation due to diabetes, spinal injuries, and surgery of the bladder, prostate or urethra
4.  Anti-sperm antibodies
5.  Benign or malignant growth
6.  Undecided testicles
7.  Hormone imbalances
8.  Celiac disease
9.  Exposure to heavy metals or drugs, overheating of the scrotum
10. Alcohol & Smoking

So, FSH cannot be the only reason.
