Azospermia (No sperms detected in semen) is due to two reasons:
1) There is no production of sperms by testicles
2) There is blockage in the passage of sperms being transmitted from testicles to penis.
You need to consult a qualified urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to establish diagnosis:
1) Testicular biopsy. This will confirm whether testicles are producing sperms or not .If there is no spermatogenesis, nothing can be done further.
2) If there is spermatogenesis, this indicates that the Azospermia is due to obstruction and will need to undergo radiological test of Vasography; If this test reveals any block he will need to undergo surgery to remove the block.

Consult an infertility specialist and get evaluated. We have to rule out possibilities like varicocele. If you fail to conceive, you can try newer techniques like IVF.
