Hi Ludvik, first may I know the cause of your peripheral neuropathy, you say your blood sugar is normal, then are you alcoholic, the second most common cause of neuropathy,if not that, then what is the cause told by your neurologist. its important to know, as removing the cause is the first treatment to prevent further damage, the drugs you are taking have very little effect in the regeneration of neurons that have been irreversibly damaged. my recommendation to you is to continue medication and follow measures to preserve your hands and feet from too cold, warm, hot, friction, keep covered when sleeping. preservation will help you manage this easily, if secondary complications develop then its very tough to treat.
