Hello sir,
its Hossain from Bangladesh married for 9 years Male 41 . we have a 7 years old daughter. but from our marraige my wife is not satisfied in sex with me. i was unable to give her the satisfaction. while the time of intercourse i was cumming out soon i need to had sex intercourse with my wife more than one hour as i like sex i love her very much i need to give her full satisfaction if u need to give me any kind of treatment to do more sex iam higly obliged if u do so.

Normal ejaculation time is more than 3 min. It usually increase further with experience, confidence and reduction in performance anxiety. To increase your wife satisfaction you should also increase foreplay duration.
For treatment behaviour intervention like stop-start technique is helpful. In drug treatment SSRIs medicines are helpful, which you can get after prescription from nearby psychiatrist.
