hi greetings from healthcare magic , I have read your query in detail

rectum prolapse is treatable via surgery although surgery is reserved for cases patients with complicated rectal prolapse (eg, recurrent rectal prolapse, painful episodes, ulceration, rectal bleeding).

surgical options include : laparoscopic rectopexy , in which via three small holes in your abdomen using laparoscope the rectum is re positioned and strengthened via slings . surgery is non complicated with good results
approximated cost in private hospital in a twin sharing bed would be around 1.5 to 2 lakhs ( can vary from city to city , country to country )

hope this helps
