Suggest Treatments For Recurrent Vaginal Discharge And Itching

hi im 24, im suffering from vaginal discharge and itching past 2 yrs, i tried many antibiotics i get relief but it keeps coming back but this time discharge is different its thick semisolid and white remains white whole day,itch all time and has some smell .my gynaecologist had taken vaginal swab outer area 3 months back it showed E coli growth sensitive to ceftran, cefpodox,genta,amikacin,vancomycin. i took ceftran 6 days BD. it still keeps coming back. i changed my doctor now im taking canditral 200 mg BD second day .please help me im a medical student preparing for entrances i fail to concentrete
