Suggest Treatments For Scars On My Lungs

I have a scars in my left upper part of lungs. Am supposed to deployed in Taiwan last march 29 to work as factory worker. I was spend to much money for having different consultation in diff medical Ctr.,but still it was in there scars. What should I do pls., advise me for some medicine to take to help me fit in work. Pls., if you could xplain if what are those eat remedy and where country s the country accept workers like us that very interested to work physically fit but only scars make our life stop having a good chance. I m looking forward for your brilliant thoughts and advise for me . Thank you so much Bia N.

Thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
Scar in the lungs can be due to any insult like pneumonia or Tuberculosis or trauma.
So scar represents healed, inactive tissue.
For your problem, I advice you to consult pulmonologist and get done
1. CT THORAX
2. Bronchoscopy and BAL ( Broncho Alveolar Lavage ) analysis for TB.
If both are negative that means you are not having active tuberculosis and your scar is inactive. Thus you are not infectious.
