Suggest Treatments For Sudden Rise In Blood Pressure Followed By Unconsciousness
hello sir i am from india. yesterday my father suddenly prasure is high and fall dawn unconsciousness's ly minor broken his head in back side and minor blood come through his nose and ear also. my father age is now 74. now he is now hospital in GNRC hospital , guwahati ,assam ,india.

Your father's case is clearly evident from the fact that he had high pressure.This uncontrolled high pressure gave rise to stroke,which may of two types: a.ischaemic stroke- more common b. haemorrhagic stroke Go for a non contrast CT csan (NCCT) asap.Its good that he has been hospitalised where proper care can be given.But remember once returns from hospital please ensure that he takes his antihypertensive medications as per as scheduled.
