Hello,

Fast food is not good for health so use house prepared food.

Eat high protein diet, many causes for thigh pain and red spots on abdomen like erythema nodosum or urticaria or eczema etc.

Take green leafy vegetables and fruits. Use tablet pantoprazole.

Eat soy, eggs, and milk if you're not allergic. Check for thyroid problems and infection may prevent from weight gain.

Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
