Suggest Treatments For Tightness In My Knee After A Fall

hello, I tripped over my nephew today, and landed on my knee on tile floor. I was holding my 1 year old son so i couldn t use my hands. thankfully my son is okay! but now i feel my knee sore and i can t seem to bend my knee and if i manage somehow to bend it. I cant make it straight. almost like my brain is holding my knee in place...if that makes sense.

Good evening. The symptoms you are describing looks like you have injured your knee and there maybe a swelling which is causing restriction of movements. You can take some analgesics and do some heat compressions. If it doesn't get better you may need a MRI of the knee to look for ligament tear. Hope the information was useful
