Suggest Treatments To Conceive With All Tests Normal
Hi dr I tried 2 ivf and 4 Iui all failed what shud I do now Presently taking metformin for insulin resistance. I m 33 yr old married for 9 yes no kids yet All harmones are normal for both and tubes patent No endometriosis or pelvic inflammatory disease no cysts or polyps or fibroids.already spent 40k on treatment what shud I do

In insulin resistance the problem mostly lies in irregular ovulation, due to hormonal imbalance ( 2ndary to insulin sensitivity. )You should get your USG sacn for ovarian condition/ ovulation study.. which may reveal PCOD.
In such a case you have to get treatment for getting ovulatory cycles ( medicines/ Laperoscopic drilling surgery )
After ovulation sets in.. ovulation day may be known by LH kit & unprotected sex is done around estimated day of ovulation. Doctor's help for assisted conception can be taken,
