Hi, I am from the United States. I am an African American male and I have a darker skin tone. I want to have my skin permanently lightened with surgery or have melanin reduction surgery. I have been searching for clinics where they perform this procedure but they have all come with no luck. I would like to know where can I go to get this procedure done? I am willing to travel if needed. About how much could I expect to spend for full body permanent skin lightening? And about how many treatments or sittings should I expect? I m looking for something in The UK or anywhere you can provide that does this procedure. Thank You!

1. first of all there is no permanent whitening results with any surgical procedure

2. sun exposure will tan the skin once again if your occupation is outdoor

3. you can have glutathoine 1.2 g IV injections
twice in a week

4. they are very safe and promising
have your own reviews

5. min of 10-30 injections are required and results entirely depends on individual and his occupation

6. results will be permanent if you take enough precautions
