Suggest Vitamins For Regaining Lost Energy

I am a 24 year old male and seem to always be tired. I have very little energy lately and seem to fall asleep anytime I become still. I work a 40 hour a week job and have a social life but just seem to drained to do anything this days. Is there any vitamins or minerals that can help me, ASAP thanks!

hi, thanx for using hcm,
i would like to advise you to check your blood sugar levels first, you need enough sleep and good nutrition to feel healthy and better may be thats lacking in your case.
Eat whole grains or whole cereals as they provide you with major energy and supplies with vit b .
consume lots of vegetables and fruitS as they ful fill youre vitamins and mineral requirements.
Eat good source of protein like lean meats without fats, egg, fish, dairy products.All these with proper rest will make you feel better.
If your not able to take proper diet than you can take multi vitamin supplements which will make you feel better right now ,but supplements cannot be used life long.
