I am 24 years old and it's always hard for me to get up in the morning. I always need atleast 10 hours of sleep. My parents say it's in the genes as the whole of my mum's side is like this. My dad's doctor injected him with I think a vitamin B or something, not too sure but other than excercise and drinking heaps of water, is there a vitamin or sort of pill i can take to train myself at the beginning to get into the routine of being healthier and fitter?
