hey my weight is constant from along time n even i'm exercising then also my weight is constant...so for that i have reduced my meals so it will be effective or not....and plz tell me some gud tips with da help of which i can reduce my weight faster..
Hello First of all I would like to mention that reducing weight is good only if you are overweight. You need to know your BMI and keep it within the normal range. However if you are overweight you need to do certain life style modifications, as follows : 1. Choose your diet wisely- reduced the amount of fat and carbohydrate in your diet. Good amount of breakfast, more in protein and fiber content; moderate amount of lunch and light dinner. Total calorie intake should be less than the required( if you are planning for weight reduction) 2. Exercise daily to burn out extra calories. This will keep you fit and relaxed ( by release of endorphin ). 3. Intake sufficient amount of water and have good sleep. Hope this will help you to keep fit and healthy. Thank you.
