hi doctor i had my hair straightend and it is falling now i want to know how to make my hair grow faster so it can replace the damged hair and is it true that the cold water hepls in growing hair i take nutrion bills and i used all kinds of bath oils but not working wht can i do to make it grow faster

I would recommend you to apply hair serum like folliserum twice daily and take hair supplements like tablet follihair once daily.
You need to continue these for 4-5 months to see significant results. There is no data to support that cold water helps in hair growth.
