I consault to doctor, they are saying that no sperum found in you.

We are too much worry about our baby.

I think that doner seprum is helpfull for the baby.

Consult an infertility specialist and plan accordingly. If the sperm count is low, you can opt for techniques like IVF. If the sperm count is very much low no sperm is found, you can consider sperm donation.
