hii doctor,

myself Kahsmira from Delhi. i m working woman as well as housewife. i work all day very hard. means work at home+office. and my diet is also not so heavy n junk food. bt then also my fats around stomach n thighs r not reducing. my weight is 67kg. My age is 23 yrs. pls help me.

Thanks for posting your query.I have gone through your details.According to my opinion weight gain and weight loss depends upon body BMR rate ( basal metabolic rate) .First get your thyroid profile checked.Here I am giving few effective remedies for reducing stomach and thigh fat
Practise few asanas and pranayam for reducing belly fat
Kapalbhati pranayam,agnisar kriya,uddiyan bandh ,uttanpadasan,sarvangasan,bhujangasan,pavanmuktasan.
Go for a walk morning and evening daily.
Highly recommended panchkarma procedure is udvartan in which medicated herbs are rubbed all over the body.This helps in reducing stomach and thigh fat fast.
start your day with aloe vera juice empty stomach.
Have lemon juice with lukewarm water and honey to boost your metabolism.
Avoid white rice and include brown rice,whole grains,brown bread in the diet.
Eat two cloves of raw garlic every morning.
Avoid non veg food
Avoid high calorie food.
Spice up your cooking by adding spices like ginger,cinnamon,black pepper.
Drink cranberry juice which are rich source of organic acids for reducing belly fat.
Eat chia seeds(4-6)tsp daily to keep you less Hungry.
Have ginger tea to loose belly fat.
