i want to know whether can we go for an iui method because its been 5 years and i have not been able to do proper intercourse with my wife due to premature ejaculation and one more reason is that my foreskin does not pull back due to which i feel very pain during intercourse. we have decided to go for iui method. i want to know, is iui method is applicable for us or not.please reply soon. we both r 35 years of age and staying in delhi sanjeev

I understand your concern.
In my opinion intrauterine insemination(IUI) might be helpful in your case.
IUI is indicated for those with low sperm counts,ejaculatory problems,unexplained infertility etc.
It is a simple procedure with fairly good results.
So you can go on with it.It can be tried upto 4-6 cycles before going for advanced techniques.
Avoid stress.Relax.Abstain from smoking or alcohol to improve the semen quality.
