I weight 146 pounds but I don t look fat at all. I have a little bit of fat on my belly but not much. I used to play basketball softball and track 3 almost 4 years and go but had till give those up due to a heart condition. I don t eat very much and not very healthy either. I m trying to change my ways. I just don t know why I look skinny and weight so much. And with my poor diet I just want to know it I m am possibly unhealthy....or wat is going on. Lol it ll any of that makes sense
Hello and thank you for your question. It is good that you want to get healthier, especially since you have a heart condition. You need to talk to your doctor about how much exercise you can do but usually just walking for 30-60 minutes a day can help you get healthier and feel better. Take a multivitamin daily. Drink at least two liters of water daily. Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Eat whole grains and lean meats and fish. Eat only small portions of the meat and fish and make most of your diet vegetables. Avoid sweets, prepared foods and junk food. Don't worry so much about your weight but about how you feel.
