Dear Patient, Concerning about your height and weight, your BMI is below normal. That means you are underweight. However, since you are very young and very active this can be due to active metabolism or the reason can be genes from your parents make you look thin. If you remain thin when you grow up then it is better to see a physician to check other possibilities. Anyway do not take many fatty food because they are not good for your health. Do regular exercises. Eat healthy food regularly. Eat more fruits and vegetables than fatty meat or processed foods. Avoid alcohol and smoking. This will help you to be in good health. I hope my answer will be helpful to you. Good luck! Dr. Dinesh Nuwan Weerasinghe. MD
