Hey, I got a lot of fat on my stomach and legs, but im actually quite skinny and thin and only weight 54 kilos when i should weigth 60+ I want to lose my fat but I also want to increase my weight I have a treadmill i run on for losing the fattness, but what can i do to then to become fat .. i mean like not thing but normal sized.
hello, basically the fat deposited in various parts of the body doesn't cut down without doing exercises concentrated to those areas.kindly add more protein in the form of soya,grilled meat,egg white and pulses and increase the bulk of your body and approach a gym trainee for the exercises.
