Suggest Ways To Lose Weight While Being On Evion And Glucophace Tablets

I m gaining weight weight what should I do for weightloss as I m going to gym daily. I have my periods issue suggest me weightloss med or something to maintain my weight my Friend suggested me to take evion 400mg and in lunch time I m taking glucophace 500mg. What should I do which will reduce my weight?

Hello & Welcome to HCM,

I had gone through the case and found that you have issue with weight and irregular menstrual cycle.So before taking Evion and Glucophage go for some some investigation like-

1- Thyroid Profile

2- Hormonal test

3- Lower abdomen ultrasound for rule out cyst in ovary.

After getting the correct diagnosis ,start the medication.

Because Evion is vitamin E capsule and Glycophage is metformin to reduce the sugar and helps in reduction of water retention.

Meanwhile do exercise and take healthy with restricted diet in your meal.
