Suggest Ways To Manage Breathing Difficulty Whenever It Rains While Having COPD And Asthma
I have asthma and COPD I had a severe asthma attack 8 weeks ago that caused me to quit breathing. I have quit smoking since. I have trouble breathing when the weather gets rainy. This is also causing me a great deal of anxiety because I’m so scared of a repete incident.
You can use inhaler such as Albuterol two puffs immediately if you feel breathlessness in those days. For anxiety you can take Xanax orally before sleeping but first you should consult your treating doctor for the above.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
