hi doctor i am 25 year old man my height is 175 cm my body weight is 96 kg i feel very shy to face a crowd because when i dress my chest is look like girls breast, in my family my mother also as the same like me, but to be honestly i am not eating too much or fatty food . i need to reduce my weight can you please provide me a good remedy. i cant do the regular exercise cz my profession is marketing so cant keep a good time also what will i do?
brother, i can understand situation i am providing you a rough idea which can help u in reducing ur weight, first of all if possible reduce ur salt intake to lowest possible level, use low sodium salt instead of regular table salt, secondly stop eating completely atleast for 1 week , use thin butter milk, boiled veggis and if possible dont eat bread, u can eat fruits as much as u want and use laxative to clear ur git, i request you to follow it atleast for 1 week and if ur weight reduces by 1 -2 kgs i will suggest u further . hope u ll find it helpful,
forget to mention u need to do 2 10 mins sets of exercise.
