Suggest Ways To Reduce Weight

im 29 yr old married woman with weight issues.i weigh 75kg my height is 157ft.i hve got asthama n no other medical problems.after givin birth 2 my first son i didnt lose my pregrancy weight i gained around 30kg,while i ws pregrant wit my second child i had a excess of 20kg.now 5month after givin birth to my second son,im still stuck of that 20 extra kg.i disperately wanted to shed that extra 20 kg.please advise a fast n easy way to get rid of my belly n hip flaps.

Your bmi suggests that your obese.
Consume a low calorie plan , small frequent meals are ideal than 3 big meals.
select the right portion of cereal ,avoid bakery products processed foods, sweets , carbonated drinks .
Cut down on fats add less oil in cooking avoid use of ghee , butter, cream and fried foods.
Fill your plate with healthy sources of proteins like lentils beans , egg, chicken without skin and low fat dairy products.
Add lots of vegetables in your meals with 2 servings of fruits per Day.
Regular exercise is essential along diet in reducing weight.
