I have been trying several spot removal, fairness & whitening creams but it did not help nor i got any positive results. I request you to kindly help me to get rid of this black spot. Regards, Akshay
As per your query you have symptoms of dark black spots on the nose which seems to be due to hyperpigmentation mainly. I would suggest you apply sofderm which contain ingredients like aloe vera, vitamin E and dimethicone. It is very good cream as far as a black spot on your nose is of concern. Dimethicone moisturize your skin and prevent dryness that can cause infection.
I would suggest you to use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 15 at day time to prevent skin from sun exposure which can make dark spots further worse, drink at least 8 glasses of water daily and apply turmeric paste for ten minutes and then wash away.
If your skin doesn't get better in 3-4 weeks then consult a dermatologist for proper examination and treatment. The doctor may prescribe a cream containing kojic acid as an ingredient or recommend procedures like chemical peeling or dermabrasion.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
