Suggest Whether I Will Get Sick By Biting A Melted Plastic Piece

Hi, I just took a bite from a meal I heated in a microwave and I we d it up in a plastic tubaware container , and when I pulled it out the bottom of the tubaware was melted. But the food has a covering ontop of the tubaware . The real question is am I at risk of getting sick or .. Also I tyre it away after I took a bite because I was kinda scared to be honest but please help.
