Though femilon is containing estrogen as one of its content, that will be in low levels compared with natural estrogen. So by supressing natural estrogen levels it will help in controlling the bleeding and in decreasing the size of the fibroid to some extent. Deviry can also help in this. But if the symptoms are not decreasing with medicines you may need surgical intervention.
