32 asian male here. my hands and legs are very thin. my hips and stomach are very fat. i want reduce this fat and want to increase muscles /fat in hands and legs.there are very much hairs in my nose , some of them are white. i want less hair in my nose and i want them in black. some hairs in my moustache and in beard and below my penis are also white . i want them in black.my moustache and beard are not very well grown. i want full flowing black hairs in my moustache,beard and in my chest. give some suggestions.
