Suggestion Of Treatment For White Oval Patches Around Neck
White oval patches are being observed from past 10 days around neck. Doctor prescribed 1. T-bact, Candid ointments 2. Candid TV shampoo - to be applied on hair and affected portion night and take bath morning. But i am not finding any improvement after 4 days

The condition you have described is called Pityriasis versicolor, a superficial skin infection caused by a fungus.
I would recommend you take short course of oral antifungal drug like fluconazole as advised by your dermatologist.
Apply ketoconazole cream twice a day over the white patches regularly.
Use shampoo containing ketoconazole and selenium sulfite for rinsing daily.
Maintain hygiene.
