Suggestion To Treat A Scar On The Upper Lip Line

i have a scar on my upper lip line. its been 4 years now. docs gave me two stitches on my upper lip line because it was almost a split in my upper lip. As a result my upper lip line is uneven now. its not aligned. basically its a discontinuity of white tissue. i have been through many consultation. but i am not satisfied because nothing seem to be for permanent basis.
