Surgery Done For Lung Infection, TB Detected. Taking Combutol, Rcinex. Had Blood In Cough. Treatment?

Goodmorning sir,i am 48 year old and i had a surgery in 2010 due to lung infection and my left lung is half damage..i had detected T.B. i had cough and some time there is also blood in cough..from last one year i take tablet combutol 1000 mg in night and R cinex 600 mg before breakfast.but at the end of month i had blood in cough..and simple cough daily..so please sir suggest me what should i do...and what kind of care i have taken.

blood in cough indicate that it could be related to surgery or tuberculosis.
just based on clinical history we cannot comment on nature or site of the lesion.
further investigation might be needed like chest x ray , ct scan and cytology might be necessary to identify exact problem.
consult your physician get required test and take medication accordingly
