my husband had surgery to remove a melanoma on his calf also they biopsied three sentinel nodes in the groin He developed fluid in the area and a drain tube was put in after period of time the fluid stopped leaking tube taken out and now several weeks after the redness and fluid have returned. They want to do an ultra sound and put drain tube back in. Our question is if the drain tube is necessary thanks
