There are suspicious densities noted in both upper lungs fields superimposed on the osseous structures. Heart is normal in size shape and configuration. Mediastinal structures are midline in location. Both hemidiaphragms and lateral recesses are sharp and distinct .... I would like to ask what does it mean because I am worried

The radiologist who read the chest xray noted that in the upper aspects of both lungs there were areas that were not normal. Superimposed on osseous structures means appear to overly bony (bone) areas.
The heart is normal and the other structures are in the correct position. There is also no fluid in the seen in the chest cavity- which is a good thing( this is demonstrated by the fact that the lateral recesses are sharp and distinct).
Your doctor will be able to determine the significance of the x ray findings based on your history and examination findings.
Other imaging tests may be required to take a further look , eg an CT scan.
It may or may not be of significance.
It would best to speak to your doctor to find out the next step.
