Sweaty Hands While Writing. ADHD Testing, Audio Visual Testing Reports Normal. Is This A Medical Problem?

I have a student who complains that when he writes his hand feels like little balls are rolling inside it and it gets sweaty. This students a very long time to complete any written work. We did auditory and visual testing, ADHD testing, ot eval, psyc. And everything is in normal range. Could this be a medical issue? I really want to help this little guy

THIS SOUNDS LIKE A CASE OF HYPERHIDROSIS.
FIND OUT THE CAUSE FOR THIS LIKE IF ANY PAST HISTORY OF SPINAL CORD INJURIES, BRAIN INJURIES, FAMILIAL, ASSOCIATED WITH DIABETES, HYPOTHYROID.
TREATMENT WISE ALUMINIUM CHLORIDE MAY HELP IN FEW PATIENTS, BUT THE DEFINITIVE TREATMENT OF CHOICE IS THORACIC SYMPATHECTOMY.
