Swelling After An Injury, Turbed Black And Blue. Will Recovery Speed Up?

Hi. I fell on Friday night into the side of a hotel bed. At first I had a huge golf ball swelling that quickly went down under my eye. My eye is black and blue and now (after 3/4 days), it is starting to turn black and blue on my cheek bone. It only hurts when I press done on it hard but I could feel it more after walking this morning. What can I do to speed up recovery? Many thanks.
