my sister in law had a hysterectomy and bladder reconstuction she is concern because her dr told her she has an infection,some green stuff inside he said,now she is complaining about swelling and pain between her legs that she can barely walk.what is causing all this?

When did she had this surgery. if it is less than month ago, and now she is having all these symptoms she may has infection. Is she also complaining of fever. I would likely to start her on antibiotics and than evaluate his stitches or scar whether it is painful or some discharge is coming out. I think you should meet your operating surgeon, he can best judge the situation.
