Swelling And Pain In Testicles After An Injury. What Is The Recommended Treatment?

Hi my 13 yr old son was kicked twice in the testicles today about 15 hours ago and he's in a lot of pain he says it hurts to pee and he is walking with his legs spread . They look swollen but cannot see any bruising what do you suggest I do to help him ?

Make sure he get adequate pain control. As he had an impact injury to his testicles and if it appears swollen, might be worth getting it checked as there may be internal bruising just to be on the safer side
