Swelling, Bruising, Pain In Ankle, Radiating To Calf, Numbness In Toes, Twitching In Calf. Any Ideas?

I injured my ankle on Friday and the swelling, bruising and pain has continued to get worse for 4 1/2 days...the pain is now radiating up my calf and shin to my knee and I am also experiencing numbness in my toes and twitching in my calf that literally feels like an electric shock (very weired, i know)... I plan on going to the Dr. tomorrow as I have not been since the injury occured...have you ever heard of anything like this?
