Swelling In Eyes, Painful. Used Warm Water. What Is Wrong?

there is swelling in the lower inside corner of my eye two days ago I was hanging a bird house in a tree and got a little bark in my eye rinsed it right away. since then it has been sore, yesterday i noticed swelling on the bottom inside corner and the pain was getting worse. this morning the swelling was worse and my eye was all crusty. i applied a warm wet washcloth for a while and that made the swelling a little better but still a lot of pain and still oozing what should i do

Hello,
It seems from the history you probably have inflammatory swelling involving the eye lids. It requires treatment by oral antibiotics, oral antiinflammatory drugs and antibiotic eye drops or eye ointment.
If it is not responding to the above treatment then you require to consult eye doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
