Hi, doctor my name is sharun am frm india.my testis seems to be swelling since 4 months...due to my shyness in approaching my parents regarding this problem i havent informed to any one.3 days before i had a small pain in my abdomon and a sall fever...bt i dnt fell any severe pain everytime...but i comes...at a particular intervals..am feared of operations. So what should i do
