Swelling In The Entrance To Vagina, Urinary Retention. Suggestions?

I'm a 15 year old female and my urethra seems to be swollen, there is also slight swelling in the entrance to my vagina. It is painful to put pressure on it. When I go to the restroom hardly any urine seems to comeout and I don't seem to be able to finish. It begins and stops shortly after and pain follows when the flow of my urine stops.

Welcome to HCM.
It looks to be infection of external urethra so that is why there is inflammation and swelling. There may be crack of skin of that area which causes pain and retention.
Complete course of oflox with ornidazole will be helpful.
Apply local cream contains steroid, antifungal, antibactarial.
Keep proper hygiene.
consult your physician for better medical management.
