Swelling In The Lip After Got Bitten Up, Gland Near The Jaw Is Swollen. Painful To Drink, Eat And Talk

I bit my upper right lip a few days ago. The next 2 days my lip swoll up pretty big, then then the swelling receded a little then my gland under my right ear/upper jaw started swelling. Its been swollen for 2 days and its about the size of a ping pong ball and rather firm. It also hurts to eat ,talk, even drink. When I do it feels like it gets bigger and harder.

Hello,
The swelling is due to the injury of traumatic bite.
Apply mucopain gel on the affected area.
Gargle frequently using warm saline or betadine solution.
Maintain oral hygiene well.
Rinse your mouth after every meals.
Please do visit a dentist for further reference.
Take medicines after consulting with your dentist.
Hope this helps.
