Swelling In Vagina. Tried Different Remedies. What Will Help?

Sir,
This is Kameshwaran from Abudhabi.I had a daughter named swetha age of 4 years.My daughter having swelling in the vegina some times it appears and it is movable as well and the same has been vanished after sometime.Please advise what is the remedies in order to resolve the above mentioned problem.In addition is it operation is necessary for the same disease???

Hello Kameshwaran.

Please note that your child is small, and in such cases the first thing that is required would be a physical examination.

Children are often curious with their bodies, and can at times lodge foreign objects inside their cavities. A doctor will have to first rule this out, after which he/she will look for any signs of an infection or disease. Treatment will be based entirely on the condition/diagnosis, so I canmot comment on that as of now.
