Swelling Of Knuckles And Vein, Turned Purple, Headache, Blurry Vision. Are They Related?

i got angry and punched the side of my bed which resulted in my hand turning purple and swelling up on two knuckles, and one knuckle in the middle of my finger it looks like the vein is swollen. the injured area is cold and the right side of my hand is purple and red and its not just where the knuckle is its down my hand. when i try to bend it it is really painful. i also have a headache and my eyes are all blurry is that related?

Your knuckle contusion and your blurry vision and headache may not be related to each other. Regarding your knuckle it seems you have hurt your knuckle a lot and it needs proper evaluation. A x-ray is a must.
Regarding your headache and blurred vision firstly you should do a test for visual acuity.
