I observed swelling on my foot and ankle and with stiffness on my ankle. Is it normal? and if so... what should I do? please advice my with some motion exercises that I may do. Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

If its 7 weeks after cast removal and your X ray shows complete healing of fracture then there is no need to worry. The swelling and stiffness is normal for you.
Please consult a physiotherapist and learn few exercises that can help. Do not put complete weight on your affected leg.

Hope this helps
