Swelling On The Middle Of Testicle, Sore And Tender. What To Do ?
Hello, yes the other day I noticed a swelling on the middle of my testicle (the sack not the actual testicle) it is sore and tender and looks as if it may contain pus - but is unable to "pop". It has swollen to the size roughly of a quarter of a testicle, is painful and sore, like a bruisey type feeling, it is firm as if it is an inflammation of somesort but i am not entirely sure, your help is greatly appreciated

As per your query,it looks like epididymo orchitis.It is inflammation of testis and epididymis,which is present above testis.
IT is releived with antibiotics and anti inflammatory drugs.
But,many lesions occur in scrotum.
The correct diagnosis can be made out by Ultrasound scrotum
Get it done and get the correct diagnosis
