Swollen And Painful Knee After Hurting It While Exercising And Back Problems With 4 Herniated Discs And 2 Impinging?
Hi, i have a few questions? I got injured on the job back in august and found out that i have severe back problems 4 herinated discs and 2 impinging. I was doing PT and i hurt my knee by doing excercises and knee has been swollen for several days and it hurts terribly

Hi Thanks for writing your query After going through the brief description of yours. My advice would be do not go by the MRI report alone until and unless you have symptoms of disc prolapsed like sciatica pain in limb along with numbness and so on. Regarding knee it looks to be synovitis that is inflammation of membrane lining the joint, it needs physical examination. Meanwhile continue with ice fomentation, ibuprofen and trypsin to reduce pain and swelling. Hope this information helps you. If the problem persists see a doctor.
